I was given your information about the [show] tickets you purchased from [purchase company].

We can confirm that the tickets you purchased from [company] are NOT legitimate or sold from our official ticketing platform, AXS.

Please send this information to the platform you purchased tickets from as proof that your purchase is not legitimate. Let them know that the Box Office [Manager/Coordinator] at the venue personally confirmed this information.

Stay in very close contact with the platform you purchased tickets from to get your refund. I also recommend filing a chargeback with your credit card company if you are refused a refund as you will not gain admission into the event with this purchase.

Please only purchase tickets to events at The Orion Amphitheater from our official ticketing platform, AXS.com.
